IEPProof Privacy Policy

Users may save child education records. IEPProof is local-first, has no ads, uses no third-party tracking, and includes in-app local data deletion controls.

IEPProof stores user-created records on device. If Packet Review is available in your build, the current meeting packet is sent to IEPProof's backend and OpenAI only when you tap Review Packet Readiness. IEPProof does not send your full local workspace, saved records, or exports automatically, and there is no account or cloud sync.

Packet Review uses the packet text only to return organization/readiness feedback. The IEPProof backend does not store packet text, but it may retain limited operational metadata such as an app install identifier, request status, model, record count, packet character count, readiness score, and timestamps for rate limiting, reliability, and abuse prevention. OpenAI is instructed not to store the response request for model training or product improvement when IEPProof sends the packet review request.

You can delete local records in the app. To request deletion of backend Packet Review operational metadata or support messages, contact support from the Support page. If you choose to export or share a packet, that action uses Apple share controls and the destination you select. Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit. Support emails are optional and should not include sensitive full documents unless support specifically requests them.
